“This is a very basic, clean property 30 seconds from the ocean. It has basic amenities and served as a good “quick stop” and base camp. If you are looking for upgraded amenities, this would not be the place. The price was a bit high for the basic amenities, but I assume it is based on the location to the ocean. Polite staff, efficient, clean bed, running shower, and quiet neighborhood. ”

“The lounge in the main living area was very uncomfortable. It was also a very noise residence with the other tenants of the units making a lot of noise at all hours . House was lovely and everything went smoothly.”

“Really enjoyed my stay for the three days. The location was very central to everything and the host family were very accommodating. The place was clean and had all that I needed. Will definitely book again when I next need it next. It was a cosy place, one that was like a home away from home. Very private and secure. Would recommend it to anybody who needs to stay in Perth for any length of time.”

“We have stayed in this house twice now and we would stay here again in the future. It is a sanctuary, when in the backyard it feels like you're in the bush, not in the city. And there are many different types of birds in the trees. The house is large and comfortable, the beds are comfy and the air con works great. It is a decent walk to the beach which we loved, we walked it every day. The host is lovely and responsive, too.”
